Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Clients who cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the full price of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of Duo Wellness Center.
